I have always had a passion for health and fitness, but what really drove me to start SwanFIT wasn’t the thought of doing something I am passionate about, but the fact that every day I get to help change people’s lives & help them to be the best possible version of themselves.

I felt that before SwanFIT there was nothing else that truly catered to their clients needs, leaving them feeling alone and uncared for. This is what drove me to look deeper into what was missing in the fitness industry, this is when myself & Soph started working on the concept of SwanFIT. Our aim is to create a space where people can feel comfortable to be themselves without the worry of being judged by others.

We aren’t trying to only create amazing classes but also a community among our clients where everyone belongs and has a place to truly be themselves. Along with that we understand how important nutrition is to making sure our clients achieve long term results. It’s not a matter of giving our girls a plan to follow of just chicken and broccoli but making sure that they understand nutrition so that they make their own healthy choices on what food to eat, that way they will be able to maintain their results long term, not just for a cool ‘’before & after” photo ;). We also take this same approach to our training methods, not only do we want our clients to follow our guidance during classes but we also teach them the knowledge of correct technique to be able to continue outside of SwanFIT classes.

Too often did I hear about people becoming bored during exercise, often losing interest so we made a huge effort to make sure that this would never happen at SwanFIT. All of our classes are different, filled with positive vibes and so much energy, you leave the class feeling high on life.
