Cairnhill Physiotherapy was established in 1973 as part of Cairnhill Health Centre - the first ever multidisciplinary health centre in New Zealand offering medical services, a practice nurse, physiotherapists, counselling and social workers. We operate out of a beautiful old homestead which used to be the original building of Baradene College in 1909.

Having been in business for over 40 years, we have treated a great many patients over this time. We establish warm and caring relationships with our patients, and receive such positive feedback that in some cases, we are now treating the third generations of some families.

What sets us apart is that we take the time to understand and assess your injury, provide quality hands on treatments and prescribe personalised exercises to restore and strengthen your movement.

Our physiotherapists are highly trained and provide a wide range of treatment options based on the latest research, so we don't do a 'one size fits all' approach to treating your injury.

We pride ourselves on providing quality treatments and as such, are passionate about our 'hands on' approach.
