Since the opening of the Epsom office in late 2009, the business has established itself as a major player in the central Auckland landscape and continues to sweep a long list of significant awards for the sales achieved. The business in October 2012 opened a second office in the highly visible central hub of the Mt Eden village and uses the latest state of the art digital technology to display homes for sale. In April 2014 Harcourts Charlton added a third office in Ponsonby Road servicing the surrounding suburbs.
