Contract Design and Management Ltd (CDM) are Project Management & Building contractors for completing total turn-key refurbishments and maintenance works. CDM have a long-standing relationship with many clients spanning over 40 Years, completing all facets of each project.

Contract Design and Management Ltd can look after each project from initial design, through the territorial consenting process, through to construction & completion. This includes everything from temporary branches, photo copiers, phones to window displays & furniture and carpet.

Our Auckland based construction team have years of commercial construction and interior fit-out experience. With teams of contractors who move from one project to the next, ensuring the image of clients is held to the highest standard.

Our in-house team of highly skilled cabinetmakers, based in Taupo, design, manufacture and install the majority of the fixed interior furniture required for each fit-out we complete.

CDM take Health & Safety of all visitors including contractors to our sites very seriously. We have an in-house Health & Safety co-ordinator who ensures each project is completed to the highest safety regulations.
