John Franich Jewellers is an independent and unique jewellery store.

We not only retail branded jewellery collections from around the world, we also provide in-store custom design and jewellery manufacturing services.

Family owned and operated, at JFJ our close knit and talented team is on a mission to offer a high quality, modern yet affordable jewellery.

The custom design service and craftsmanship manufacturing capability at JFJ mean that we can be responsive to specific client needs, including our ability to hand pick your perfect diamond.

John Franich Jewellers traded as a sole operator for 17 years on Henderson’s main street and in 2009 accepted the opportunity to expand and relocate the business to Westfield WestCity which closed in 2017. Our fabulous store is now at the NorthWest Shopping Centre at Westgate.

In our stylish new environment we sell several high profile international jewellery brands including Thomas Sabo, Swarovski, Dora Wedding Rings, Bering Watches, Olivia Burton and a curated range of Diamonds and Coloured stone Jewellery from across the globe.

We also stock local New Zealand brand Stow, as well as the founding jewellery of John Franich.

The manufacturing offering ranges from repairs to personalised ring design and jewellery remodelling.

Centred upon master jeweller John Franich and his jewellery manufacturing background, the JFJ store has emerged as a strong local brand with an emphasis on customer service and supplying a quality product.

Our reputation has been further cemented by our success in winning the Best New Retailer Category at the Westfield Retailer Excellence Awards 2010 as well as the Best Fashion, Footwear and Accessories Category at the 2010 TOP SHOP© Awards. In 2017 JFJ was the National Winner of the TOpShop customer Experience Award.
