fu/nis EMS training is the first EMS studio in New Zealand and is based on the successful EMS concept pioneered in Germany. Our studio offers you a fitness training with electro muscle stimulation (EMS) supervised by our qualified fitness trainer.
EMS training is a great full body workout: you can quickly achieve visible results, reduce weight or relieve stress related pain in just 20 minutes per session. Those 20min are enough and are as effective as 60-90min conventional training in the gym. Your muscles are gently defined with EMS training as your physical strength and endurance increases. This highly effective training method has been used by professional athletes and sports rehabilitation centres for decades.
