Thank you for liking Nestlé's Facebook page! Nestlé Corporate is committed to creating a community that both encourages interaction and collaboration and shows respect for others. We ask our fans to do their part and comply with these rules for posts, communications and general behaviour on social platforms sponsored by Nestlé.

In the spirit of openness, it’s worth highlighting that if a post breaks these rules, it may be deleted:

1. Keep it clean: no indecent or otherwise inappropriate posts or uploads.
2. Play fair: no defamatory, obscene, threatening, dangerous or abusive posts.
3. No personal attacks: don’t attack people with extreme language or personal attacks. It stops conversation and can hurt people.
4. Stay on topic: no spam, unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, nor repeated postings of unconstructive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable comments.
5. Be original: feel free to share video content, pictures, links, photographs and text if you have rights to it – if you don’t own it or have permission, don’t post it.

Facebook Wall Competitions - General Terms & Conditions

1. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who have a Facebook account (“Eligible Entrant”). A competition post inviting entry into a competition may specify if entry is further limited to residents of a particular Country, State or Territory (“Region”). Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

2. Competition details, including when entries open and close; what is required to send a valid entry; and the prize pool are described in the competition post inviting entry on the Facebook page.

3. If a competition post includes any detail that is not consistent with these terms and conditions then the detail in the competition post will prevail.

4. Entry is limited to once per Eligible Entrant, (unless otherwise specified in the competition’s post).

5. If entry requires an image or photograph or written work (“entry work”) the entry work must be the Eligible Entrant’s original work. The Promoter retains the absolute discretion to require any entrant to provide proof in any format they determine in order to validate an entry before awarding a prize.

6. Eligible Entrants must comply with all Facebook terms of use and the House Rules of the Promoter’s Facebook page. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry and reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to comply with these terms and conditions; or any entrant who tampers with the entry process in any way.

7. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the identity of a prize winner. All valid entries received during the Competition Period. The entry that is deemed to be the most creative, original and suitable will win the prize. All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

8. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

9. Each winner should look to the manufacturer of products and provider of services awarded as prizes for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 [AUST] or Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 [NZ]) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.

10. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook. Any information provided by an entrant is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Entrants release Facebook from all liability in relation to this Competition.

11. By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to provide the Promoter with a perpetual royalty-free licence to use and reproduce the content of their entry, including their user name and image in any way including but not limited to the Promoter’s social media and websites.

12. The prize must be claimed by the winner within 28 days of the Promoter announcing the competition results. In the event that a winner fails to claim their prize by responding to the Promoter’s post the prize will be forfeited and the entry judged to be the next best will be offered the prize.

13. Prize will only be delivered in Australia or New Zealand and the winner should allow 28 days from the date they claim their prize for its delivery.

14. The Promoters are Nestlé Australia Ltd. ABN 77 000 011 316 of 1 Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138 and Nestlé New Zealand Limited of 12-16 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland, (together the “Promoter”).

Instagram Simple Game of Skill Competitions - General Terms & Conditions

1. Entry is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand (‘Eligible Entrant"). The Eligible Entrant's account must be “public” or set to public for the Competition Period for an entry to be eligible for judging. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter‘s agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

2. Competition details, including when entries open and close; what is required to send a valid entry; and the prize pool are described in the competition post inviting entry.

3. Entry is not limited provided each entry image uploaded by an Eligible Entrant is their original work and is different from the other entries they have uploaded in the same competition.

4. Eligible Entrants must comply with all Instagram terms of use which can be read at http://instagram.com/legal/terms/ and the Promoter's House Rules. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry and reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to comply with these terms or any entrant who tampers with the entry process in any way.
