General information

We are a unique and passionate group of people who take to heart the importance of finding someone the right job, and equally so, the importance of a company getting the right person for the team. It's no easy task to be entrusted with; however, we pursue it with passion. Along the way, you'll find us supportive in every move, genuine in our caring and understanding, and motivated by a strong desire to get it right for everyone. We place people with care, we build teams who perform, we create futures, build businesses and we find work for people and people for work. We immerse ourselves in all things legal, be it private practice, in-house, government, education and unique, one-off opportunities. We love something a little different and outside of the box. We've even been known to move law firms to other law firms – now we’re talking!

The first question we ask is, “what do you want to achieve?” and the second question is “how can we make that happen for you?” Then, as a team we make an action plan.

We enjoy taking the guiding role, helping others progress in their professional lives, which ultimately affects their personal lives, and we have great insight into law firms and business models, how they run and tick and what is important to them. We take a holistic and commercial view of all the work we do. We can market map, search, network, link up and reach out to a very large and talented community of legal people we have built-up over a decade of tireless work.
