Enliven's ACC funded support services are tailored to meet the needs of people with injuries who need short term or longer term support.
After consultation with each client, one of our Enliven health professionals develops an individually tailored programme that helps them achieve their personal goals. Trained support workers then follow the plan and provide practical support on an ongoing basis.
There is no fixed list of services, as ACC determine levels of entitlement, but a service package may include:
