We are here to provide information & updates, help you where we can and share what we are doing. We’ll also let you know about any special offers we have for our customers or get you involved in sneak previews of what we do.

Your security and privacy is important to us, so please don't post any personal information on our Facebook page. This is the only Facebook customer servicing account for ANZ Australia, so please do not share your details with any other account and alert us if you become aware of any fake Facebook pages.
Please note: for us to respond to your post, you will need to post on our wall rather than just tagging us in your post on your wall.

Some kinds of posts can be disruptive, so we have a few house rules below:

• For your security – please don’t post any personal or confidential info such as your bank account number or passwords. Please use Private Messaging on this page instead and we’ll sort you out with the right person to talk to.
• Please don’t post anything that looks like spam or advertising.
• Please don’t abuse or hassle any individuals or groups. Any posts that may offend anyone could be removed by us.
• And please don’t promote anything illegal!
• We also moderate posts that include Trolling, any violations of intellectual property rights and link baiting (i.e. embedding a link in your post to draw traffic to another site)

We're committed to fostering a friendly, helpful community here, so any comments that break these rules will be taken down. Don't worry, we value all kinds of feedback - as long as your comment doesn't breach house rules, it will be posted in full.
