Precise Consulting and Laboratory (PCL) is the culmination of many years of experience and expertise developed to deliver high quality analytical services and consultancy. Our consultants have a thorough understanding of occupational hygiene, with a special interest in hazardous materials management (HAZMAT). Our staff are industry qualified, accredited and experienced professionals.

PCL is a New Zealand based company, wholly owned subsidiary of HRL Holdings Limited who are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Our focus is to ensure that the scoping, identification and management of contaminates across both the built and natural environment are managed to the highest standard at all times.

We currently operate a Head Office in Auckland, and have branches in Dunedin, Christchurch, Wellington, and Manawatu. From these sites, we can offer you national coverage from a single operation. When extremely busy, PCL are fortunate to be able to draw on additional staff from our Australian sister operation, Octief.
