George Boyes & Co Ltd, Hamilton's first Real Estate company, was established in 1906 by a young English man curiously enough named George Boyes. As Hamilton's oldest Real Estate company, George Boyes has been involved in most of Hamilton's and surrounding districts commercial and urban development's over the decades. More than 100 years later, George Boyes is a bustling enterprise and one of Hamilton's larger Real Estate companies and it is still locally owned and operated. The company has current staff of over 40 professional people specialising in all spheres of Real Estate, including Residential, Rural and Lifestyle Sales as well as Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leases. Our head office is located at 1030 Victoria Street, Hamilton with branch offices at Bow Street, Raglan, Jesmond Street, Ngaruawahia, Main Street, Huntly, 63 Great South Road, Pokeno and George Street, Tuakau. George Boyes & Co also proudly have a dedicated Property Management team, with Property Managers in all 6 of our offices. In February 2013 after 107 years in business George Boyes joined the LJ Hooker Group, one of the strongest names in real estate in New Zealand and the Australasian region, who have also won the 'Major Network of the Year' award in 2013.
