Hello , my name is Gulnaz Mitchell. I am a cake artist-decorator, based in Katikati, 30 minutes drive north from Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. Originally, I came from Russia, have degree in Art from University of Culture and Arts, Kazan, Russia. I work individually with customers to create that special cake that everyone will remember. I offer a wide variety of cake flavours and fillings that will satisfy anybody's desires and can cater for special dietary requirements, including delicious gluten-free, egg-less, dairy-free and diabetic cakes that avoid possible allergies but retain full flavour.

I only use the best fresh ingredients for my cakes. This includes real vanilla, butter, milk, flour, sugar and organic eggs All fresh ingredients make my cakes not only looking beautiful, but also tasting authentically delicious!
