The Equipment Centre

General information

The Equipment Centre is now under new ownership. In April 2017 Ben Spooner and Phil Hudson purchased the Equipment Centre. Ben gained his qualification as a Diesel Mechanic with John Deere and has worked as a field service technician and service manager for several leading tractor brands in the Bay of Plenty. Phil started in the horticultural industry before moving into sales and later parts with John Deere. Between the two of us we have over 20 years experience in the tractor industry. We look forward to putting our skills and knowledge to use for your benefit.

For the exisiting customers of The Equipment Centre, we are still there and we will continue to service all your machinery requirements. To everyone one from Tauranga to Waihi who has a ride on mower, tractor, sprayer or any of your farm and orchard equipment please don't hesitate to contact us for any of your parts, repairs or servicing requirements. If you are looking for new machinery then you could also come and chat to us. We aren't associated to any certain brand of tractor but we are happy to help find the right machine for your requirements and have contacts at numerous dealerships. We also have access to a large variety of implements, mulchers, spreaders, forklifts. You name it we will do our best to find it for you.

We also now offer a Field Service option. For any breakdowns on the farm or orchard we have a fully equipped service vehicle to get you up and running again. For those bigger jobs we also have a transporter available to transport your machine to our workshop.
