CrossFit Kotahi

General information

CrossFit Kotahi is a new fitness facility in Hamilton that is the largest CrossFit based facility in NZ at 800 square metres. It features a large crossfit class space, Olympic Weightlifting Area, Cardio Area and Its own Full Boxing space including an Olympic size boxing ring, sparring ring, boxfit class space and boxing bag area.

Our equipment is specifically designed to suit each fitness space.

Each CrossFit class is different and challenging combining cardio, gymnastic movements and weight lifting to ensure you get an all round workout.

BoxFit classes are designed to bring the heart rate up and get the blood pumping whilst being fun and allowing you to train at intensity.

The Weightlifting area features platforms and professional olympic barbell and plate equipment that will allow strength movements and weightlifting movements to be done safely and comfortably.

Our Boxing gym features its own bag areas for working out. We also accommodate local non profit Nawton boxing club who train Amateur, Professional and corporate fighters and budding boxing athletes who will have full use of the sparring area including the international standard ring.
