Yoga classes & individual sessions for children & adults. Workplace Yoga and one-off workshops.
Yoga classes are held around Levin and the Horowhenua, at the following times and locations:
Monday 5.30PM - He Whare Manaaki Tangata, Waiopehu Collge, LEVIN
Tuesday 6.00PM - Leisure Centre, Masonic Village, Queen St, LEVIN
Wednesday 6.00PM - Foxton Masonic Hall, 79 Main St, FOXTON
Thursday 5.30PM - YOGA for ABS (working the abdominal and other core muscles) Leisure Centre, Masonic Village, Queen St, LEVIN
Friday 11.00AM (Gentle) - Levin Uniting Church. 87 Oxford St, LEVIN.
Sunday 4.00PM - Holmwood Park, WAITARERE BEACH. (Summer) This class has finished for this year.
These Hatha Yoga classes offer a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.The teaching style is eclectic but where flow or vinyasa style Yoga is highly utilised. A great exercise and well-being programme for children and adults that improves health and flexibility. Although there is no class specifically for children or teens, they are welcome to join any of the other classes.
