General information
Somerset Kindergarten has been running the Bride of the Year competition for over 40 years.
It is the Kindergarten’s major fundraising event for the year.
The Bride of the Year competition is open to anyone with links to the Manawatu. If you were born here, lived here, studied here or even married someone from the Manawatu then you are eligible to enter.
We have prizes for winners and non-winners, spot prizes for the audience, and items up for auction, all of which have been kindly donated to the kindergarten. Bride of the Year would not be possible without these donations and the generous support of local businesses and volunteers.
