Studio Pacific Architecture offers a creative, open and relaxed environment within an award winning team, working on an exciting portfolio of diverse projects around the country.

With almost 25 years' experience in the industry, we have grown to be one of New Zealand’s most successful practices, and have received over 100 national and international awards since the company was founded in 1992.

Our goal is to be an employer of choice and we take part in the IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Survey every two years, measuring employee engagement. We are very proud of our 2016 results which saw us announced as a finalist in the Small-Medium category in New Zealand. We are thrilled with our scores for the statements, ‘This Organisation cares about the well-being of its people’ and ‘I am proud to work for this organisation’, both at 98.4%, well above the benchmark for organisations of our size. This is clear evidence of the engaged, collaborative, healthy and happy culture we have fostered, and continue to grow.
