General information
We currently run two shelters housing hundreds of homeless animals. The original HUHA is in Kaitoke, Upper Hutt and cares for wonky farm animals, ex circus and zoo monkeys and rehabilitates native wildlife. The current Otaki shelter is leased and houses dogs and horses then re homes them into safe and loving homes.
The current shelter which we have leased for nearly 5 years has been sold and will be bulldozed to make way for a quarry. We have been served our eviction notice and have until early September 2016 to vacate. Thankfully we planned ahead and have bought our very own 18 acres on SH1 Manakau just north of Wellington.
