The Sea Chest features Nelson Marlborough art and crafts with over 40 different artists including painters, silk scarves, stone pendants, orbs, pottery and ceramics. We stock Hoglund Art Glass, Isolation Merino Babies wear, Leighvander cottage and lots more.
Also there is a range of handbags, hats and jewellery, as well as wedding accessories, we will try to buy in to match your special outfit if not already in stock.
As an information and booking centre for the Pelorus and Kenepuru Sounds area we are proud to promote accommodation, cruises, fishing trips, adventure tourism, walks, golf, pony treks and lots more, having lived in the area for several generations we have a wide local knowledge and can assist with any queries on what is available.
We are open seven days
We offer free gift wrapping and have lots of free parking available. We also host jewellery and scarf evenings for groups with complimentary food and drinks, they receive a gift voucher at the end of the night for 10% of the value of purchases. A fun evening out to learn what suits and how to tie scarves.
