General information
Consultants at Active Health encourage clients to take responsibility for their own health especially in the areas of exercise, nutrition and stress management and provide a unique support environment.
The 2011 earthquake destroyed our facility at QEII stadium. In August 2014 we have turned over a new leaf and are now into a new location with purpose built 300sqm gym, in Manchester St, St St Albans. We also have satellite clinics at QEII Fitness in the Parklands Community centre, and at Durham Health in Rangiora.
