Otago Chocolate Company, OCHO, is a craft bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Dunedin, New Zealand. OCHO makes fine flavour, single-origin chocolate using cocoa beans from the Pacific grown by small farmer co-operatives. All OCHO's cocoa beans are fairly traded and fully traceable.
