Your Studio is an Invercargill Yoga Studio that was born from a desire to teach people how to relax, how to breath, how to enjoy the simple things in life.
Offering yoga for EVERYBODY!, every ability, every body type, every age. Yoga has so many incredible benefits, which are not just available to the stereotypical pretzel flexible yogis - yoga is for everyone.
I am proud and honoured to invite you to try yoga in a quiet, private space. Your Studio is a boutique styled yoga studio with small class sizes, so you can feel comfortable and at ease.
Relaxation and stress reduction massage is also offered. All with the desire to help you let go, to breath, to be.
