Christine comes from a Healthcare background, having trained as a registered nurse and then working as a Care Manager for several years.
I am passionate about Natural Health, especially Reflexology and Spinal Touch Therapy, as I have seen many positive and effective outcomes. I am New Zealand's ONLY Spinal Touch Therapist. I am also a Reiki practitioner.

Treat your feet - treat your body. Reflexology is so much more than a foot massage, it is an effective therapy which treats the mind and body. During the treatment a state of deep relaxation is created in the body interrupting the pattern of stress and bringing balance to the body and its systems. It is suitable for all ages and has many benefits which include improving sleep, boosting immunity and enhancing well-being.
Christine is a professional member of Reflexology New Zealand with a home based practice in Kirwee, Selwyn District, Canterbury. I am also a mobile therapist and can visit clients in their own home.

Spinal Touch Therapy is a simple yet powerful technique for re-aligning the body’s centre of gravity, thus relieving pain (particularly back pain) and discomfort and improving mobility. Re-alignment is done solely through a unique muscle relaxation technique without any manipulation. Good posture is the key to good health.
