Elizabeth's Therapeutic Massage

General information

People often tell me that was the best body work/massage I've ever had. I'm intuitive, gentle and very thorough in what I do. I've been a student of healing since I was 14 years of age and haven't stopped. I've been an accredited practitioner since 2003. I'm certified in Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Therapy and am a teacher level 1 Self Care. I also have certification as an EmbodyBirth™ educator/teacher, massage therapy (corrective) + years of direct hands on experience. I'm also a wellness coach and healthy shopping and eating guide.

My aim is to help people feel good in their bodies and learn how to take better care of his or her self.

I am gifted with shy and sensitive individuals.

Each session is catered to the individual and can include elements of massage therapy, deep tissue, swedish, trigger point, health coaching, myofascial release, lymph drainage, energy work and Arvigo® Abdominal Therapy.

Arvigo® Abdominal/Belly Therapy is my current favorite skill set and so far I’ve seen 100% success rate working with women with premenstrual headaches or who have low back/sacrum/tail bone pain. Arvigo Belly Therapy™ is also very good for other women’s issues such as natural fertility enhancement, pregnancy recovery, Pregnancy preparation, fibroids, menstrual/period pain, prolapsed uterus, and all manner of digestive and anxiety complaint. With all of these other women's issues, when clients follow the suggestions and get regular treatments, I also see good results.

My work is meticulous, gentle yet firm and based on intuition and years of experience.
