Gordon clears your physical body of tension and imbalance using a combination of styles to suit you, your preference, to get the results you have almost given up on ever attaining.
Donna is for those who want remedial work done without deep tissue. Relaxation and reflexology to treat the whole body, preventing illness and injury. Donna also uses a range of styles combined in one massage session to achieve the results you want.
Where imbalance, pain and tension are present - Donna provides understanding and simple exercises to correct the postural causes. The gym facility on site is available for clients wanting to tone and strengthen too. Sessions for individual or small groups are available - talk to Donna about pricing options.

Our massage courses are practical and powerful. Come away knowing how to use your own body weight and position to deliver the best shoulder rub to even the strongest guy youve ever seen!
We only teach small groups - up to a maximum of 8 people per class. This ensures you recieve quality tuition, that we have time to focus on what you would like to learn, rather than just deliver a generic lesson.

Come and stay in stunning tranquility while you learn to massage, or stay the night and have a massage as part of your stay. Our guest accommodation has everything you need - a sauna, spa and kitchenette - all in your self contained very spacious room.

Life coaching is a broad general term to cover what we call pattern breaking/awareness providing.
Our approach is based on the principle that the pysical and metaphysical all work together.
Becoming aware of thoughts, actions, reactions, your perception - all lead to recognition of repeated patterns (great if they are desirable patterns!). This is not a sit down structured 'coaching/councilling' session.
We discuss whatever is relevant to you, your life, and what is reflecting in your health. Enjoyable, enlightening, challenging.
We also hold informal gatherings to network, share skills and knowledge. This can lead to many great discussion points/new discoveries/friendships and unlimited personal growth. No two weeks will be the same :)
