Need a personal trainer but without the cost? We are a Shared Personal Training studio and we are unlike any fitness experience you have ever had before. We are a fun, unintimidating, results driven environment that is strictly members only. We keep you accountable by texting you session reminders and booking you in for your sessions, so you can't just give up because you don't feel like it.
Our training sessions are 45 minutes long to ensure you get in and out in the most efficient time possible, and we have car parking on site to take the stress out of visiting us.
