The Opawa Zendo holds five Zen meditation sessions each week. We offer instruction in meditation on Tuesday evenings at 6.15pm (please contact us beforehand).
Monday mornings: 10 - 11.20am
Tuesday mornings: 7.30 - 8.30am
Tuesday evenings: 7 - 8.20pm
Wednesday mornings: 7.30 - 8.30am
Sunday mornings: 10 - 1pm
Other groups use our space for teaching in other meditation traditions, yoga and Feldenkrais. Contact us to find out more.
