General information
Welcome! I hold two types of dance fitness classes in the Mapua community hall. Low impact dance & Dance Fitness. I work independently and have developed routines that are based on my experience of world dance styles and non-combat martial arts. These sessions equally focus on stretching, toning, aerobic fitness and increasing mental agility. All easy and GREAT music. $8 a class casual / $7 for regulars. More info : www.mdf.nz
