General information
Our focus is on functional body weight movement mixed with high intensity interval training. No two training sessions are the same! This keeps your body guessing while improving overall fitness and endurance. Some of our favourite body sculpting kit includes, Kettlebells, Battle ropes, Tyre flips and our Assault Air Bike! (You Tube it.... so awesome) If you are keen to try something different then give us a ring to setup an appointment.
We have a group class at $5.00 per person, there are limited spaces available so please book first. This is a great way to get back into fitness and suits any level of fitness all in our private studio.
Ian has 30 years personal training experience, so can help with nutritional advice and work with pre or existing injuries. So don't be shy give us a ring today!
