With our Yoga Therapy Package you will receive an individualised program based on a unique blend of ancient yogic and Ayurvedic practices, combined with the latest health research, to promote complete health of body, mind and spirit. Programs include physical practices (movement and breath work), mindfulness and positive psychology techniques tailored to your individual needs and constitution.
