Local bike stores are an important part of the cycling world, however, the reality is, there is less money in bike retail now and more work.We believe a bike shop is a better option than a cheap internet company. Bike shops must adapt, grow, work together, share great ideas and look after their customers better than they have in the past.

We believe a bike is more than just the frame, components, and wheels. Having knowledgeable people who know their stuff, and who make sure it's the right choice and fit for you is by far more important than getting the cheapest deal. That cheap internet company may look attractive when they advertise specials, but they won't help you improve, they won't advise you how to stay safe on your commute to work, and they sure won't fix something on the spot for you while you wait.

Personally, I love coming to work. My passion for bikes continues to grow every year. I like bike retail because it has a good amount of human interaction. The work is active, and never boring. Helping people become better at something they want to be good at is also incredibly rewarding.

Workshop:

Here at Rouleur Cycles we believe a superior workshop is a cornerstone to any successful bike shop. Our highest priority is to look after your bike like it is one of our own. Our service rates are competitive, and we aim to get you back on the road as soon as we possibly can. We itemise small repairs and labour costs individually so you can see exactly what we have done, with no nasty surprises! Our workshop only uses experienced, skilled fitting mechanics, so you can rest assured your bike is in the best hands.

Bike Fitting:

We believe a customised bike fit is a critical component for being a successful cyclist. We have considerable bike fitting experience and people who have had a bike fit done notice the results immediately Whether you are a triathlete or road cyclist, you will gain extra power, comfort and speed by having a bike fit specific to your body and bike.

Rouleur Cycles bike fit studio will spend 2 to 3 hours with you to improve your position which will help you generate more power and therefore speed on the bike. Having proper posture on your bike will also ensure you are comfortable on those long training rides.

We have a RETUL system here that is the first one in the Oceania region. 100's of top athletes have been fitted using this method with outstanding results.

One of our two bike fitters have been trained using the world leading Serotta Advanced bike fitting methodology and focus on continually up-skilling ourselves on the latest techniques.
