ABOUT STACEY, EVENT MANAGER
Working in Events all over Auckland; Stacey Gannaway is a highly skilled Wedding, Conference and Private function Events Manager with +10 years of experience in the field. What distinguishes her from others in her field of expertise is that she treats communication as entertainment. It's simple to explain why: if it isn't funny or relevant enough, people switch channel. Stacey has a special interest in client overall satisfaction and she believes the road to success is through great planning as well as putting that personal touch on your event. Based in Ponsonby, she's determined to oversee, organise and approach every client’s event with the proficiency it deserves. SET UP CREW
At Bloom Events, our dedicated Site Managers and Setup Crew are completely dedicated to the safe, timely & accurate setup and pack down of your marquee. After an initial enquiry to our office team we will send someone out for your FREE OF CHARGE/NO OBLIGATION site visit where our Setup and Site Managers will talk you through the position and overall look you are after.

We pride ourselves in the fact that our install team are not only highly professional but also 100% knowledgeable about our product and they we are more than happy to listen to your needs and take you through the sizing capacity and positing you are after for your event. Setting up is done to a time and date that works for each individual client and all of our costs come with a full three day hire period. After the commencement of your function our team will be back with you to pack down and make sure the area the marquee went up is looking exactly the same as when we came to install.

ONSITE SUPPORT
If you so desire, we can provide crew members to be on site during your function – or on standby. If not requested to do so, we do not leave anyone on site but you will have the site install manager’s cell phone number which is reachable 24/7.
