Inner Strength is a performance centre situated in Richmond, Nelson. The cornerstone of our business is results, and to achieve this we needed more than just a gym with equipment, we needed a facility with the staff and resources to take any guess work out of our clients succeeding.

Inner Strength is a concept created by Zane Lawrence and Hayden Brown who recognized that not one system would deliver optimal results, an individualized approach was necessary for every person wanting to achieve a strong, lean, healthy physique. We have combined our 24 hour training facility with the specialist services of Dr Cindy de Villiers and Dr Kyle to offer the latest in both integrative / functional medicine and soft tissue treatments available.

Combined with our state of the art Watson gym equipment, Inner Strength is the first facility that truly addresses health and fitness together for the first time. We offer specialized sauna therapy, Biosignature modulation to assess hormonal imbalances, Applied Muscle Testing consultations in addition to New Zealand’s most comprehensive range of pharmaceutical grade supplements to give our members the best possible value for money, without skimping on quality.

All of our coaches and staff take a holistic approach to getting you the results you deserve. This means taking a multifaceted approach and addressing multiple factors such as sleep, digestion and hormonal imbalances in addition to nutrition and exercise. Our coaches are held to absolutely the highest standard at Inner Strength, with ongoing education from our doctors and PT education manager. Our coaches are expected to produce results, not just talk about them.
