This Manuka honey is a medicinal quality Manuka honey, which means this is safe to use both externally on wounds and internal infections (i.e. chest infections, sore throat,....). Caramel and not too sweet with a soft toffee like texture, this honey has high anti bacterial qualities, therefore has the benefit of killing germs and curing infections. A good honey to have in your medicine cabinet in order to stave off colds and sort throats at the first sign of infection.
