The Property Law Centre is a law firm based in Greenlane, Auckland. It specialises in providing legal services for conveyancing and property transactions. It also provides legal services for a range of other legal work.

The Property Law Centre opened in 1998 and is headed by Richard Middleton. Guy Seton is a current consultant to the practice with more than 25 years experience in property transactions, conveyancing and other legal work including trusts, relationship property, estate and subdivisions. The team also includes Eesha Karamchandani who is a qualified staff solicitor, and three senior legal executives each with 20 or more years experience in property law: Jenny Abrahams, Diana King and Karen Harris. Our reception and administration services are run by Ruth Bale, Yolanda Verkooyen and Romaine Bousader.
