We encourage you to leave comments, share photos, videos and links; however, please bear in mind that we review all posts and will remove any that breach our House Rules, our Terms and Conditions or Facebook's Terms.

1. Customer Service

2. Contributing to the page
To contribute to this site you need to be at least 14 years old and a registered member of Facebook (see Facebook's Terms). Please ensure your contributions are civil, constructive, suitable for any age and respectful of others. If your contributions don't comply with our House Rules, Terms and Conditions, or Facebook's Terms, they will be removed and you may be permanently banned from the page.
3. Be yourself
This page is for you to share information with other users. You are not allowed to impersonate other people – well-known people or other members of this site. BMW New Zealand reserves the right to ban any users utilising fake accounts – both the fake account and the real account.
4. Advertising and commercial activity
We reserve the right to remove posts from our wall that promote/advertise products and/or services, solicit donations or money-raising (charity or otherwise). This applies to all forms of content (text, links, email addresses, images, videos, etc).
This includes but is not limited to selling cars, parts, or promoting businesses. There are existing platforms made for this purpose including TradeMe and internet forums.
5. Obscene and objectionable content
Keep in mind that this is a public space and can be read by anyone, so ensure your contribution is suitable for all ages and is of value to the community.

We ask that you be civil and respect the views, works and comments of others.
Specifically, we do not tolerate these kinds of posts:
• Abusive, harassing, stalking, threatening or attacking others
• Defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar or depicting violence
• Hateful in language targeting race/ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality or political beliefs
• Trolling or deliberate disruption of discussion
• Violations of any intellectual property rights
• Spamming in nature
• Uploading files that contain viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people's computers
• Commercial solicitation or solicitation of donations
• Link baiting (embedding a link in your post to draw traffic to your own site)
Any activities contrary to the values of BMW Group New Zealand will be removed without notification.
6. Moderation

BMW Group New Zealand moderates this site for breaches of these House Rules and our Terms and Conditions. As a member of the community, we ask that you help us with this by reporting contributions or comments that break our rules (contact us directly at info@bmw.co.nz).

BMW Group New Zealand reserves the right to remove any post that doesn't adhere to our House Rules and to block anyone who violates them repeatedly.
