Our premium training area with safety matting and mirrored walls have personal improvement in mind. Continually improving and striving to make it even better, it's well worth a visit, we have:
•Large training area with high density foam mats for safety

•Four extra large (60kg) punching / kicking bags
•Numerous focus and hand held kicking equipment
•Tractor tyre, battle rope and multiple kettlebells and hand weights

•Fulltime facility with 24 hour access
•Separate lounge viewing area with safety glass for parents to view
•Tea & coffee available for parents / friends
