Rowe Baetens Architecture has a broad philosophy around architectural design. Research into lifestyle and the related environments of work and leisure is a continual component that helps to define and inform our work. Our aim is to observe and correspondingly develop individual appropriate design solutions. By a process of ongoing critique, our design solutions evolve with refinement, meeting the new emerging needs of our clients. We see our role as offering a service and consider the client relationship of paramount importance. The client’s satisfaction is directly related to an ongoing involvement in the project and we accept a firm responsibility in ensuring a high degree of orderliness in this regard.
Constant liaison with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Structural Engineers at all critical stages in our projects ensure performance to realistic budget and time restraints. We are actively involved in domestic and specialist commercial commissions varying in scale between small custom designed sculptural objects right through to subdivision master planning and museum design.
