HOUSE RULES

This fan page is for you, so we encourage you to ask questions, share comments or post relevant photos and videos. We do however have a few house rules outlined below, so that we can ensure everyone has a good experience on the Avis page.

Please do not post any information that does any of the following:

1. Infringes any person’s legal rights, including any right of privacy

2. Is defamatory, infringing, abusive, obscene, indecent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, unlawful, disparages, slanders, criticizes, or maligns

3. Is offensive, disrespectful of or misleading to other fans

4. Contains any code, application, software or material protected by intellectual property laws or any malicious code including any programs that may damage the operation of another person’s computer or which contains any other form of virus or malware

5. Is commercial in nature and advertises any product, service, unless you have obtained Avis' prior written consent

6. Encourages illicit or illegal activity

7. Contains offers from other commercial entities

8. Features swearing, bullying, or personal attacks (on authors, moderators, other users or any individual)

9. Contravenes local copyright laws

Please note, Avis New Zealand reserves the right to review and delete any user content without any notification to the content owner. We also reserve the right to ban any users who demonstrate any of the aforementioned behaviors or actions. While we encourage your thoughts and comments, we must ask that you abide by our House Rules.
