In 1989, two family members decided to set up a small joinery workshop in a shed out the back of the family orchard, manufacturing bespoke furniture and remodeling items for family and friends... the guys soon saw there was a larger market to tap into.

Before too long, Al realized the team had outgrown the shed and decided to take a gamble and move to the commercial property Creative Kitchens & Interiors still occupy today. The demand became so high, the need to expand the team became the focus. At the young age of 22, Anthony came on board following the return from his OE to England.

It wasn’t long before Anthony skills were recognized and he was offered a directorship. Changes in the management structure left Anthony & Al to continue to provide an ever growing client base with high end kitchens and bespoke furniture. In recent months, Sean took over the ownership of the company. With 32 years’ experience behind him, Sean wants to not only retain the ethos of the company but also diverse the skill set available to him and take Creative Kitchens & Interiors into a wider market place.

The backbone of Creative Kitchens & Interiors is the meticulous skill of its craftsmen, who bring a rich knowledge of cabinetry, building and traditional craft techniques to every project we work on. We work by hand, with a diverse range of materials, both native and internationally sourced. This skill base has been realized by hundreds of clients and taken the Creative Kitchens & Interiors name worldwide, even manufacturing items that were delivered to the Pacific Island and Hawaii.

All of our work is protected by our personal quality guarantee– in over 30 years, we have never had an item returned to our workshop from poor workmanship. We stay in contact with past clients to ensure our work retains its original aesthetic and functionality. These clients have grown with us and now we are seeing 2nd and 3rd generations coming to see us for their joinery requirements.
