After 10 successful years of being based in Cambridge, we are proud to announce we have opened a new office in Rototuna Hamilton. We have 3 Mortgage Specialists and 1 Loan specialist based in our Hamilton Office as well as our brokers still based in the Cambridge office.

Matt Edwards - Mortgage Specialist

Matt has been part of our dynamic team since 2007, after more than 10-years experience as a lending specialist with one of NZ’s leading banks. In 2009 he became a partner/Director of the company and took on the role of Risk Consultant. By broadening his knowledge to encompass Risk Insurance, this enabled us to offer the ‘full package’ to our clients.

In 2010 & 2011 Matt was a finalist in the NZ Mortgage Broker of the Year for the Waikato/BOP region.

Matt’s vast lending experience and product knowledge of both home loans and the Risk Product Suite is a huge asset to the business. Although he has recently moved back into the role of Mortgage Specialist and taken a back seat as a Risk Consultant, we can still offer the same Risk Product suite to all our clients going forward through our new in house Insurance Specialist. Matt is keen to continue to provide his clients with a high level of service and helping them achieve their personal financial goals.

Gareth joined our team in June 2012, after more than 12-years experience in the Finance Industry as a Lending Specialist. Having worked for three of New Zealand’s leading banks in this time, Gareth brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Gareth is driven to perform at a high level, and is committed to providing top quality customer service, and going that extra mile for his clients. He has a down to earth professional approach, making what can be a stressful situation a pleasant experience whilst offering his clients the best possible mortgage options to suit their individual needs, and making their dreams a reality

Lincoln Davie - Mortgage Specialist

Having grown up in Wellington, Palmerston North and eventually settling in Hamilton, Lincoln has had a variety of roles along his path to entering the finance industry in 2003. In his 11-years with two of NZ’s leading banking institutions he has gained experience in all aspects of the banking industry, from senior branch consultant to a home and business lending specialist. He maintained top 10 Mobile Mortgage Manager within the country for 7-years and gaining top spot in the country in 2011 for NZ’s largest main bank.

With more than a decade of experience in the property market, as a lender, property developer, landlord and project manager, Lincoln has the expertise to give his clients all of the options to obtain the best solution to whatever venture they may chose to do.

Lincoln has a passion for assisting his clients to achieve their next big project in life, whether it be buying their first home or their 10th he will guide them every step of the way to realise their dreams.

Scott is well known as a broker who is prepared to do what it takes to help people out - whether they be his friends, family or clients.

Scott's background in real estate helps him in a unique way in being a professional Mortgage Broker. Not only does he understand what the real estate agent is trying to achieve for their client, but he also appreciates how difficult and stressful it can be for the property buyer.

Scott finds out what his client's needs are - and then finds a solution that best suits them. This doesn't mean that its always easy - dealing with banks and lawyers, real estate agents can be challenging. Scott manages all of these challenges and works hard to ensure that clients get what they need, for the right price and in a way that suits them.
