We specialise in identifying problematic areas in the body and address injuries (and potential injuries) with prehabilitative and rehabilitative methods. We believe that near enough is not good enough. Becoming pain free is only the first step.

Our team is highly experienced in treating a variety of injuries including back and neck pain, knee problems, ankle injuries, acute and chronic injuries such as ongoing lower back pain and RSI, or pre-post surgery rehabilitation. Our clientele include Olympic champions and World competitors in various sports as well as general populations.
We are McKenzie MDT certified, and FMS and SFMA certified. We are experts in the field of exercise prehab and rehabilitation. If appropriate, our team will refer for imaging and specialist review - liaising with only the top orthopaedic surgeons and pain specialists in Auckland.
Each physiotherapy session is either a half or full hour. Evolve Integrated Health Specialists are ACC registered and no referral is necessary from a GP.
