LONELY PLANET BOOK COMPETITION | Terms and conditions

1. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is House of Travel (Wellington) Limited trading as Adventure Travel, 37 Willis St, Wellington (“The promoter”).
3. Entry into this promotion is free and open to New Zealand residents only.
4. Employees of the House of Travel Wellington Group, their advertising and promotional agencies and in both cases their immediate families shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
5. The competition opens on Friday 4th August at 10.00 am, and closes on Friday 11th August 2017 at 05.00pm (competition period).
6. There are two prizes available to win as part of this competition:
1 x Lonely Planet Book titled ‘Vietnam’
1 x Lonely Planet Book titled ‘Argentina’.

7. There will be two winners, drawn at random by the promoter on 11th August 2017 and announced on the 14th August 2017.
8. The winners will receive one Lonely Planet book each, winners will not be able to choose which book they receive – this decision will be made by the promoter.
9. Winners must collect their prize from the Adventure Travel store, 37 Willis Street, Wellington.
10. Winners will be notified via private message through Facebook and then emailed using the details provided in their reply. If a prize winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be redrawn.
11. To enter the competition the entrant must follow the Adventure Travel Facebook page and comment on the post.
12. You may enter the competition as many times as you like. Each comment is deemed a separate entry into the competition.
13. The promoter’s decisions relating to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this promotion you agree that the promoter and/or its related companies may hold, use and/or disclose information about you including your name for promotional and/or publicity.
15. The promoter will not be held responsible for entries not properly received for any reason.
16. The promoter reserves the right to terminate or change the promotion or any or all of the prizes at any time without notice.
17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to any cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promotion may be abandoned or postponed at the unfettered discretion of the promoter. The promoter accepts no responsibility for such an event.
18. Prizes are not transferrable or negotiable and may not be exchanged for cash.
