Customer service at its best. I had an issue with a watch shortly out of warranty, but Capital Watch Services came to the party and gave me a massive discount on a new one. Which they did not have to do. The service was helpful, prompt and caring. Thoroughly recommend them if you want good old fashioned service where the customer is important.
