All Ways Property is a property management company founded by Richard and Maxine Gardner in April 2007.

Richard and Maxine own properties in the Manawatu, Tararua and out of the region as well.

Over the years they have put their out of town property into the care of several different Management Companies, some good and some not so good.

This experience with different management companies became the catalyst that inspired and developed All Ways Property Management in 2009.

Maxine joined Richard at the end of that same year to help run the Property Management business full time. Today, the couple are both excited and passionate about Property Management and all aspects of Property Investment.
