5. We truly believe, and many buyers have told us, that we run the most professional Open Homes. During the marketing period, we will operate all our open homes together to protect the vendor’s home security and to offer as much advice to buyers as possible. In many cases, we employ extra attendants to help us if we anticipate a really large number of viewers.

6. Although we are working for the vendor, we establish good relationships with buyers to enable the negotiation process to run smoothly to obtain the best outcome possible. We can illustrate to you how we have obtained, multiple competitive offers, on most of our properties.
