A: Membership agreements are a common practice that we coach to our franchises. The ultimate goal is to ensure the success of our members, and that can only be achieved with a long-term commitment to health and fitness. But ultimately, terms of membership are determined by our locally-owned gyms, and it's up to them to do what best for their gym and its members.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

Q: When can I use a gym that isn't my home gym?
A: After 30 days of membership, you have access to any of our thousands of gyms worldwide. We do recommend that you verify with your home gym that your anywhere access has been activated before visiting another gym.
