We have created an environment that allows everyone regardless of age, gender and fitness level! to train together learning an art with valuable life skills.

Everyone can find something positive in the martial arts and we know you will find it with us.

What we do and how we do it?

We are open 6 days a week with training sessions catering for all ages.

We offer a wide range of classes that the whole family can enjoy. We have Cardio classes if you are looking to gain fitness, lose weight, tone and strengthen in a fun and friendly atmosphere, Kickboxing classes to learn effective self-defence and correct, safe technique. If your goals are to become a competitive fighter and join our fighting squad then Dynamic Martial Arts has something for you.

Dynamic Martials Arts brings together the vast experience of Gary Sawyer and Dave Sawyer in martial arts, competing and fitness training. Between them they bring a unique and exciting training programme to the Hibiscus Coast in our Silverdale training facility.

Dynamic Martial Arts is a family orientated club that is active in all aspects of the arts we train and compete in. We hold several social events during the year for all our club members young and old.

Our club has a wide variety of members, from National and International Champions, New Zealand Teams members and black belts, through to beginners just starting out, we have members who just come for fitness and others just learning how to defend themselves. Kickboxing has something for everyone.

We also have Yoga classes taught by a qualified and active yoga teacher, who believes in what she does.

We compete in Tatami Kickboxing (mat competitions), Light Contact, Semi-Contact, kick light. We also compete in Ring Kickboxing, K1, Low Kick and Full Contact.

At Dynamic Martial Arts you will be around top level competitors who will help you on your martial arts journey to where it takes you.
